Accessibility statement for iRaiser online donation service

For the most part the online donation service is accessible, with the exception of some single deficiencies, which do not completely prevent usage. The service is used for online donations for the University of Turku. The donations are directed based on the donation form used. The forms are primarily not selected on the online donation service and they are usually linked to on other websites.

Depending on the payment method selected by the user, accessibility issues can be encountered for examples when using an online banking service, which can’t be influenced by the online donation service.

In case of accessibility issues the user can contact the fund-raising team at the university by using the email address lahjoita@utu.fi. If needed, the donation could be arranged outside of the online donation service. Unofficial accessibility feedback can also be sent to the same address.
